Have you tried diet after diet only to lose the weight but gain it right back? Or get into an exercise regime and then fall back out of your routine?

Have you found that the desire to lose weight and the desire to develop and maintain a consistent exercise routine, do not always seem to be enough to make weight loss and consistent exercise in your life a reality?

As a Health and Wellness Coach I can help tailor a treatment plan designed based on your schedule, your personality, obstacles that usually hold you back, and nutrition and exercise goals that will align with your body and health. I will provide psychoeducation on any areas that you might struggle with: examples could include managing chronic pain, emotional eating, negative body image, and disliking exercise. The intention of the treatment plan and the psychoeducation combined is to help you find a more satisfying way to look at food, eating, your body, wellness, and movement.

  • eating more when lonely, tired, bored or agitated
  • criticizing your appearance constantly
  • having difficulty looking in the mirror
  • having difficulty shopping for clothes

  • feeling ashamed of weight and body image
  • avoiding activities with others
  • ashamed to eat in public for fear of being judged 

Then I understand and they can be discussed and worked through. My specialty is working with individuals that either want to lose weight or change various health factors about themselves, in order for them to feel empowered about their health and in control of how they take care of their body.
